Greg Malever
President and CEO
Greg Malever has twenty years of business experience, thirteen of which have been in the telecommunication and technology fields. Mr. Malever is a Co-founder and President & CEO of The Lanta Group, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of Lantas clients and their ultimate satisfaction. Lanta is a management consulting company that specializes in recruiting and placing executive level professionals, developing personnel through customized training and coaching, and providing organizational assessments to improve business operations and processes. Mr. Malever has a successful record in growing technology consulting companies and was previously Vice President of a telecommunications business management consulting firm which placed high-level independent contractors in Washington, Atlanta, St. Louis, and Denver. His responsibilities included managing the overall operations and daily budgets of the company in all four cities for more than two years. Mr. Malever has also managed major business accounts in sales and marketing capacities for companies including AT&T and MCI. Mr. Malever serves on the advisory board of Atlanta-based Proficient Systems, Inc. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in broadcasting.

Marc J Gorlin
Co-founder and Chairman
Mr. Gorlin is a serial entrepreneur who has founded, built and sold multiple technology companies. He has recently co-founded a financial services firm called Kabbage that offers financing to online volume sellers. He has been an investor and consultant with Simtrol, Inc. (OTC: SMRL.OB), an Atlanta based device control software company. He assisted Simtrol in the areas of financing strategy, general business strategy and business development. Mr. Gorlin previously co-founded VerticalOne Corporation, a content personalization service that was sold to S1 Corporation (Nasdaq: SONE) in 1999 for $166 million. Mr. Gorlin was Executive Vice President of VerticalOne and worked in multiple areas of the company including financing, business development, sales, M&A and security issues. In 1996, Mr. Gorlin was co-founder and an original board member of Pretty Good Privacy (“PGP”), a company formed to commercialize one of the most prevalent security standards used on the Internet. Mr. Gorlin assisted with the initial formation of PGP and oversaw the financing, growth, and eventual sale of the company for $35 million to Networks Associates (NYSE: MFE), a public company worth over $1 billion in December of 1997.

Cathy Williams
Vice President
Cathy Williams, Vice President, Lanta Technology Group, has over 25 years experience in executive and management positions with BellSouth, SURVIS Group, and Lanta Technology Group. Cathy has supported the performance improvement of major telecom, technology, retail, insurance, government, and financial clients through training development and delivery, permanent and contract staffing, as well as organizational assessments. At Lanta, Cathy has responsibilities for the staffing and training organizations as well as new business development.
Cathy graduated from Georgia State University with a M.S. - Marketing degree and is a member of Georgia Executive Womans Network (GEWN). She is married with a daughter at Emory University. Contact Cathy at cwilliams@lanta.com.
